Logical Disorder returns to Crazy Language, just in time for spring with the appropriately titled Doomed Hope.
Dipping onto the aftermath of past winter, with very dim shades of hope or light, Doomed Hope is an industrious affair, full of foreboding atmosphere and prolonged melodies, reaching out to the darkest recesses of human emotion. A craftsman at blending nostalgic and cinematic atmospheres with highly condensed beat work, Logical Disorder’s fine-tuning what already made him known on this very particular genre and these five new tracks are a consolidation of that vision. A class in balance and restraint. The sounds and manipulations
demonstrated throughout are carefully placed and never feel out of sync, despite the complexity of beats, progression and slowly growing electronic organisms. A Strangely Isolated Place
Cyberpunk ambient-electronica with lots of calming static and whirring percs that instills a sense of anxious anticipation and a sense of resolution. "Forest Lover" is that perfect example, of a non-human future, with only its history carved out by unthinking machines and datanodes of journal entries amidst the woods recovering from the last war.
